Interested franchisees are required to submit the following documents:
• Letter of intent
• Accomplished Application form
• Proposed Site Map
• Two (2) Valid IDs of signatory
• Site Feasibility study (Area, traffic, economic profile, profile of market/ area)
• Financials (Single proprietorship – Business permit, DTI, Mayor’s permit, ITR, Barangay clearance, Bank Certificate; Corporate – Corporate Income statement, Balance sheet, Cash Flow, SEC registration)
• Latest Proof of Billing
• Character references
Franchisee candidates are considered eligible to operate a Smart Internet Café business if he/she is:
• Filipino citizen, 18 years old and above
• Resides IN or NEAR the area where the proposed Internet Café is located
• With previous experience in managing a business
• Willing to be trained on operational and technical aspects of the business
• Good moral character
• Financially capable to operate the Internet Cafe business
• Good credit standing
• Active involvement in the Operations of Smart Click
After meeting the above criteria and submitting all the necessary documents, potential franchisee is then evaluated by Smart and will be notified if he/she is eligible to operate the Smart Click Business.
