In the course of the discussion, Joey Urmeneta, our lecturer, imparted us the 11 characters that will bring an entrepreneur towards success in his/her chosen field of business.

1. Decisive decision makers
2. Enjoy taking charge
3. Want to be the master of their financial destiny
4. Organized
5. Independent
6. Self-confident
7. Know what they are getting into
8. Can take criticisms and rejection
9. Determined and persistent
10. Accepts own weakness
11. Can see how all the parts fit together
Though, even if you only possessed 8 of the 11 success characters, you can still look forward to become successful in the business you have entered.
